"Slow refund and not much help"
My refund took way longer than I expected, and support wasn’t really helpful when I reached out. I remember I was sitting there eating a weirdly tiny bag of pretzels while refreshing my email, which is maybe why the whole thing stuck in my head. Overall, not the best experience

"Well... I bought a pair that…"
Well... I bought a pair that was listed as clean, but when they showed up they had scuffs, dirty soles, and this weird crease that definitely wasn’t in the photos. The box was beat up too. I know used shoes aren’t going to be perfect, but the condition was nowhere near what GOAT made it look like. Support only sent basic responses, and it felt like nobody really checked them. I won’t be using them again.

I got the sneakers and I’m not convinced they’re real. The stitching looks a little rough in a few spots, and the label on the box doesn’t match the photos I found online. Weird detail I keep remembering: the box had this tiny random sticker on the side that looked like it was half-peeled off already. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but the whole thing just doesn’t feel authentic to me.

It did eventually arrive, but it took longer than I thought it would. I kept checking the tracking and noticed it sat in one spot for a couple of days, which was a little frustrating. Everything was fine once I got it, but the wait definitely stood out

"Good price, just a little surprise at checkout"
I found the shoes for cheaper than I was seeing in most other places, so that part was nice and made me happy enough. The only thing is once the fees and shipping got added, the price kind of jumped up more than I was thinking it would. It still ended up being okay overall, like not bad, but I do wish that final cost was shown more clearly earlier.

Goat has a solid selection of shoes, which I do like. But i get a little confused sometimes because certain sizes or colorways just aren’t there, and the prices seem to change a lot from one listing to another. It’s not a bad experience, just kind of all over the place

Support wasn’t exactly quick to get back to me, but once they did, they were helpful and got things sorted out. It wasn’t no disaster or anything, just a little frustrating having to wait. Overall, not bad, but faster replies would definitely make the experience better.

"Promo credit turned into a hassle"
I’m giving Goat 2 stars because the shoes themselves showed up fine, so I’ll give them that. But the promo credit was a total headache. I had a credit from a deal and when I went to check out, it just didn’t apply the way I expected, which was super frustrating.

Customer support took days to get back to me and mostly just kept pointing me back to the terms. Maybe I missed something, but it felt unclear on purpose, like they’re happy to advertise the credit but make it difficult to actually use. Left me feeling like they care more about keeping the money than helping customers.

"My size is never available"
I keep checking Goat for shoes I actually want, but my size is almost never there. It’ll look like the shoe is available at first, then once I click in, all the normal sizes are either gone or priced way higher for no clear reason.

I don’t mind waiting or paying a fair price, but it gets old when every pair I like only has tiny sizes or huge sizes left. Sometimes it feels like the site is more focused on keeping listings up and pushing the expensive options than making the shopping experience useful.

Maybe it works better if you have a less common size, but for me it’s mostly been a waste of time. After checking so many times and running into the same thing, I don’t really feel much reason to keep coming back

I ordered a pair of sneakers and, you know, I’m totally calm about it... but the verification process was kind of a mess. The status just sat there for days, then randomly changed without any real explanation, and then somehow went back to waiting again. Support wasn’t much help either, mostly just copy-and-paste replies. I get that verification is supposed to make buyers feel safer, but it did the opposite for me.

My order tracking just sat in the same spot for days, which was super frustrating because the timing couldn’t have been worse. I was hoping to have the shoes by a certain date, but there was no real update and support didn’t give me any helpful answer. after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from GOAT again.
